Italian Film Series at ICI Chicago

On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy,  the Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago  will screen Italian films highlighting the cultural and political history of Italy from the Unification until the present day.
The screening swill be held every Tuesday at 6 p.m. Next up is The Big Feast (La Grande Abbuffata,1973) which follows four friends who retire to a villa in Paris to enjoy a life focused on the passions of food, sex, and lust. Featuring Marcello Mastroianni, Ugo Tognazzi, Philippe Noiret, and Michel Piccoli, this meeting that begins with carelessness ends in desperation and pain.
